It provides unique facilities for food research, to enable the food industry to meet new technical challenges and seize new commercial possibilities in food production.

UKTI
TradeYorkshire is operated by UK Trade & Investment, in partnership with Yorkshire Forward. Their aim is to help Yorkshire and Humber businesses to succeed overseas. Although primarily geared towards export, they can also offer assistance to businesses and organisations considering inward investment into the region.

The alliance is made up of the 8 Regional Food Groups in England and aims to provide co-ordinated support to the food and drink industry.
