VHEY (Visit Hull & East Yorkshire) in association with deliciouslyorkshire invite you to join this free workshop to further develop your practical skills and enhance the overall breakfast experience in your establishment.
The session will be delivered by deliciouslyorkshire Champion: Stephanie Moon, Consultant Chef to Rudding Park and Bronze Medal Winner at the British Culinary Federation Chef of the year. The training will help you to understand how to make the most of Yorkshire’s fantastic food and drink that you are proudly serving to your customers.
The workshop includes:
- Enhancing your breakfast menus with creative and simple ideas Demonstrations of dishes and buffet ideas
- Practical hints and tips for kitchen skills
- Maintaining quality and consistency
- Effective menu planning
- Managing margins and costings
