19 September 2010 York Marriott Taste of Yorkshire Night with deliciouslyorkshire and the York Food and Drink Festival
To celebrate their new partnership with deliciouslyorkshire and the York Food Festival, York Marriott is hosting a fantastic celebration of local Yorkshire food.
A succulent five course meal devised by the Executive Head Chef, James Brown and sourced from regional suppliers with the help of the Regional Food Group served at the Chase Bar and Grill overlooking the York Racecourse.
In addition to the meal guests will have the opportunity to meet the suppliers at a drinks reception prior to the dinner.
The meal will be accompanied by live music from contempary pianist and singer Mark Gilroy to create the perfect evening.

Cost and Bookings
Cost will be £45 per person for the five course meal and drinks reception.

- Potted pork, black pudding, quails egg, damson chutney
- Whitby/east coast crab sandwich, Crab Veloute, kipper croutons
- Slow cooked beef fillet, Oxtail and kidney pudding, horseradish pomme dauphine, curly kale, real ale gravy
- Cucumber and lemon curd cannelloni, blackberry fool
- Tea, fruit cake and Special reserve Wensleydale cheese
